“Becoming an International Negotiator” (BAIN) is a virtual exchange project between Germany and Africa aimed at developing 21st-century skills required for online negotiation and international business communication. BAIN focuses on promoting cross-cultural communication, international negotiation techniques, and digital fluency among students. It connects students from Germany with peers in Ghana and Kenya to work on a tailor-made case study and to foster practical experience in international business scenarios. Our presentation highlights lessons learned from BAIN, emphasizing the growing importance of international collaborative learning and increasing employability.
